General Information

To enroll a student in a course or camp, please register on-line using the 2008 registration form found on the registration page.

For Academic Courses:

All courses must be paid in full upon registration. Space will not be held if tuition for the course is not paid in full. Refunds are issued as follows: If a withdrawal request is received by the school at least one week prior to the start of class, the tuition, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 per course will be refunded. No refunds will be made for withdrawals later than one week before the start of class/camp.

Tuition is not prorated due to absence or late entry. Transfers between courses, within one week of the start of the class will result in a transfer fee of $75 in addition to any incremental monies due based on course selection differential. No transfer credit is given for selection of a course which costs less than the original choice if done less than a week prior to the start of the course.

For Camps:

Non-refundable deposits of $50 are required to hold space for each camp and any balance remaining is due one week prior to the start of the camp. You may pay the entire camp tuition, including the deposit on-line at the time of registration. If paying in full, the refund policy is: if a withdrawal request is received by the school at least one week prior to the start of camp the full cost less the $50 deposit will be refunded.

General Registration and Payment Information

OCS Summer Programs reserves the right to cancel a class/camp. A full 100% refund will be made for such cancellations.

Deposits and tuition payments may be made on-line during the registration process by using either credit card (Mastercard or VISA only) or by setting up electronic bank debits. Please have your credit card or banking information available when beginning the registration process. If you are unable to pay on-line you will need to complete the application, print it out and then mail to OCS Summer Programs (address below) with a check for payment.

Late registrations may be accepted up to the first day of the class or camp but only if space is still available; however, the full tuition payment will be required at the time of late registration.

Please note: You are required to download and complete a medical release form as part of the registration procedure. This form must be brought on the first day of class or camp in order to be admitted into class or camp. You may download a copy of the medical release form on the registration page.
