Limited openings available for enrollment for Fall 2014!

To apply for admission, please complete the following steps.  The process is completed concurrently.  For more information, please click on each tab below. 

Online Admission Application

Submit the online admissions application as soon as possible to secure an interview date of your choice.

Online Recommendation Forms

Insert email addresses, within the application and prior to submission, for the following:
  • Current English Teacher
  • Current Math Teacher
  • Current School Recommendation (head of school, principal, or other administrator)
  • Religious Leader Recommendation (a youth pastor or Sunday school teacher is a good choice)

ISEE Entrance Testing

All applicants are required to take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE).  Oaks Christian School Code is #054287

To register for ISEE testing in support of your Oaks Christian admissions application, please contact Gina Oddi at or call 818.824.9406.

Student and Parent Interview

Once the application is submitted, schedule the interview.

  • The interview consists of meeting with the applicant for about 15 minutes and both parents for about 30 minutes.  At the interview, you will be asked to provide a recent photograph of the applicant.

Report Cards and Test Scores

We require official copies of the applicant’s academic records.  For enrollment for Fall 2014, we will require academic records from 2011-2012, 2012-2013, the first semester of 2013 and copies of any standardized testing.  Please print, sign and submit the "Request for Academic Records" directly to the applicant's school.  DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO OAKS CHRISTIAN DIRECTLY as it will delay processing.

Admission and Financial Aid.  Both the Admission online application and the Financial Aid online application must be submitted by February 1.


Using this feature, you can:

  • Correct or re-direct the recommendation form to another email address. Simply click on the "Take Action" pull down menu, choose "Edit this Recommender", enter the correct email address, and click the "Edit" button. You may include a personal message if you wish.
  • Resend the evaluation form to the recommender. Simply click on the "Take Action" pull down menu. To resend the form, choose the "Send Reminder" option and click the "Send" button. You may include a personal message if you wish.  
  • Using this feature, you can track the status of receipt of your supporting application materials in real-time.  Items marked with a green check have been received and processed by the school; items with a white box remain outstanding.
