College Acceptances


  • 223 students graduated.
  • 96% will attend college.
  • 90% will be attending 4 year universities.
  • 4 students taking Gap years including two international programs.
  • 4 students will attend college overseas.
  • 50% of the class will be attending college outside of California.
  • 30% will matriculate at one of the most selective colleges in the country.  These are colleges that admit 30% or less of the students who apply.  Those colleges include Carnegie Melon, Colby, Colgate, Cornell, Georgetown, Lehigh, New York University, Notre Dame, Princeton, Stanford, United State Air Force Academy, United State Military Academy, University of California, Berkeley, University of California, Los Angeles, University of Southern California, Vanderbilt, Yale, among many others.
  • The class of 2013 was admitted to many colleges of note including Connecticut College, Rice, Tufts, Tulane and University of Virginia, among many others.
  • 5 students were admitted to a military academy and 4 will attend.
  • 15 students of the class of 2013 will be studying visual and performing arts in colleges.  Programs include the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design, Pratt, The Dodge Film School of Chapman University and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
  • 30 students were NCAA Div 1, 2 or 3 recruited athletes.
  • The average SAT score was 1840 for the class and the average ACT score was 27.
  • Students will be attending schools in 31 different states and 102 different colleges.
