Each camp is a three day training program specifically designed for middle school athletes. Athletes will be taught the foundations of weight training and loaded movement, along with an integrated approach to speed, agility, and quickness drills used in most high school, college and professional training programs. Regardless of common myths surrounding youth weight training, current research shows overwhelming support that an integrated, well supervised, and progressive weight training program is an essential element in preparing a young athlete for competition in virtually every sport.
Each session will include:
- Integrated Flexibility Training
- Core & Weight Training
- Speed, Agility & Quickness Training
- Cardiovascular Training
This camp will reduce injury potential, and create a great foundation moving into the future. Regardless of one’s chosen sport, a young athlete will benefit greatly from this training.
Please note that morning and afternoon sessions in the same week are identical. Campers will benefit from attending multiple weeks as curriculum varies.
