This past June, a group of 14 high school students from Oaks Christian School visited our sister school, God Cares High School, in Bbira, Uganda. We spent five busy days at the school: we sat in classes, witnessed their games, visited their dorms, attended and spoke at their chapel—in general, we participated in their lives and routines. We wanted to leave an encouragement to them so we spent whatever time we could creating a mural for their campus—a gift from Oaks Christian School—which we hope they can enjoy every day! In the end, we were blessed far more than they!
