General Information
Class Attendance
Students are not allowed to miss more than nine (9) hours per semester in an academic class. Please email the teacher if your student will be out for any reason. Students are not allowed to remediate any class with a “C” grade or higher.
OCS Summer and Seasonal Programs reserves the right to cancel a class/camp. A full 100% refund will be made for such cancellations.
Wait List
If you register for a class that is full, you will be placed on a wait list if applicable.
Registration, Payment and Refunds
All classes and camps must be paid in full upon registration. If this is the first time to register for any of our camps, you must ”Create a New Account.” If you have already created a new account in past years please do not create a new one, it will create multiple accounts for the family. Please make sure you input the correct grade level that your student will be entering in the Fall of 2024 in order to see what options they qualify for. Payment must be made in full in order to register online.
Refunds are issued as follows:
Summer Sports Camps
You may cancel and receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $50 per camp up until Wednesday, June 5. Cancellations after June 5 will not be refunded. You may switch camps before or after June 5 at no charge as long as we have space available in the camp you would like to switch to.
Academic Camps
If a withdrawal request is received by the school at least one week prior to the start of class or camp and the reason for cancelling is approved, the tuition, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $50 per class/camp will be refunded. No refunds will be made for withdrawals later than one week before the start of class/camp.
If enrollment is low, we will cancel the class three (3) business days prior to the class start date and a full refund will be issued. For all classes- days and times are subject to change, you will be notified if any changes occur. Tuition is not prorated due to absence or late entry. Transfers between courses, within one week of the start of the class will result in a transfer fee of $75 in addition to any incremental monies due based on course selection differential. No transfer credit is given for selection of a course which costs less than the original choice if done less than a week prior to the start of the course.
Late Registration
Late registrations may be accepted up to the first day of the on-campus class or camp but only if space is still available; however, the full tuition payment will be required at the time of late registration.

Payments may be made online during the registration process by using a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express). Please have your credit card information available when beginning the registration process.
