Oaks Christian has qualified for the CIF-SS Open Division playoffs for the third consecutive season. The Lions will open up the postseason on the road at Palos Verdes High School before returning home to host them on Saturday. Aggregate scoring from the two games will determine who advances to the final four. 

Coach Mark Amaral became the first boys' basketball coach in Oaks Christian history to win three consecutive Marmonte League championships. The Lions secured the outright league title after defeating Westlake 49-40 last week at home. The Lions will open up the postseason on Wednesday at Mira Costa.
