Athletic Clearance

Both middle school and high school students who wish to play a sport must complete an annual athletic clearance form. Information and forms and all signatures are collected online. All Information is saved annually to make the process faster for returning athletes.  Parents can use the same account for multiple students making the clearance process easier for families with more than one student-athlete. 

Athletic clearance forms for the academic year beginning in August are due each summer by July 1.
