Health and Wellness
We believe that physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects of health and wellness are foundational for student growth, resilience and success. We help students achieve these goals through our social-emotional wellness program and our health office.
Social Emotional Wellness
Social Emotional Wellness is how we navigate the ebbs and flows of life by learning to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. It comprises five components: self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, relationship skills, and social awareness.

Our health office is overseen by Director of Medical Services Dr. Bryan Wong and includes our trained, registered nurses: high school, middle school, and international student programs. Our team is ready to provide emergency medical care should the need arise, dispense student medication, answer health questions, and deal with a wide range of medical issues. Additionally, we have two certified athletic trainers, one assistant athletic trainer, and a physical therapist/athletic trainer who work with our student-athletes. In addition to our two health offices (middle school and high school), we also have a complete physical therapy space.
