OC Global Leadership Students will
1. Embody ethical servant-leadership
2. Understand world systems (economic, political, and social) in both local and global contexts
3. Immediately implement/utilize the leadership principles learned through Global Leadership courses
ETHOS
1. Leadership is a skill that can be taught 2. Failure should be celebrated as a necessary step in finding success
3. Learn from best practices
4. Quality mentors are crucial
5. Maintain a 360-degree view of leadership

7. All institute students will serve on a minimum of one international service
